Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card?
No. The Free account is 100% free, forever. The Pro plan (when it launches) will be a monthly subscription with cancellation at any time — and will never start charging automatically.
How does login work?
With Google (one click) or with email (6-digit code, no password). Neither option creates a password and both are equally secure.
What is a custom keyword?
It's a category you create with the criteria that matter to you — "pet friendly", "sea view", "free parking". The AI specifically searches for that aspect in reviews across all 5 platforms.
Are the reviews current?
Yes. The analysis is generated in real time via Google Search Grounding — we don't use our own database. The system fetches reviews published on the platforms at the moment of your query.
Does it work for hotels outside Brazil?
Yes, for any hotel in the world. The interface is in Portuguese and English, but reviews in other languages are processed normally by the AI.
When will the Pro plan launch?
We are in closed validation. Pro will launch when we are satisfied with quality and stability. In the meantime, the Free plan gives access to everything available today.
Can I use it without an account?
No. TellMe Hotels requires login to use. We created this restriction to prevent bot abuse and keep the tool fast and stable for everyone. You can create an account in 30 seconds via Google or email.
What about privacy?
We take privacy seriously. We don't store your search history (only a 24h cache for speed), we don't create a profile about your travel habits, and we don't share data with third parties. Login is managed by Clerk (SOC 2 certified). For complete details, see our About page.
