1. Acceptance of terms

By using TellMe Hotels, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

TellMe Hotels is a tool that consolidates hotel reviews from multiple platforms (TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Google Hotels, Hotels.com and Expedia) into a structured analysis.

We are an independent tool and have no affiliation with any of the data source platforms.

3. License to use

We grant you a limited personal license to use TellMe Hotels. You <strong>cannot</strong>:

• Use bots, scripts or automation to access the tool
• Attempt to bypass usage limits (eg: multiple accounts to increase quotas)
• Redistribute, resell or replicate the service
• Extract data in bulk or scrape
• Use for illegal or harmful purposes

4. Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password/authentication token
• All activities on your account
• Complying with these terms

If we detect abuse, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice.

5. Free plan

The Free plan is permanent and free. It will never expire and will never become paid automatically. Usage limits may change with 30 days notice.

6. Pro plan (when launching)

The Pro plan is monthly subscription. You <strong>will not be charged automatically</strong> — payment requires your explicit action. Cancel anytime, no penalty.

7. We don't guarantee accuracy

Analyses are automated syntheses of public reviews. While we do our best to be accurate:

• We don't guarantee scores are 100% correct
• We cannot be held responsible for decisions based on the analyses
• Always verify original reviews on the platforms

8. Limitation of liability

You use TellMe Hotels at your own risk. <strong>We are not responsible</strong> for:

• Damages, losses or problems arising from service use
• Unavailability or tool errors
• Lost or corrupted data

9. Privacy

10. Intellectual property

All TellMe Hotels content, design and code is our property. You cannot copy, modify or distribute without permission.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms occasionally. You will be notified of significant changes. Continued use means acceptance.

12. Termination

We may terminate the service or your account at any time, for any reason, with 30 days notice (except for abuse or violation).

13. Legislation

These terms are governed by Brazilian law (General Data Protection Law — LGPD).
